The Possible Project: Stitchables Designed by High School Students
Last year we had the pleasure of collaborating with students from Boston s The Possible Project. This entrepreneurship center provides high school students with training on running their own business. Through this guidance, students learn essential life skills such as professionalism, confidence, resilience, and teamwork. We had such a wonderful experience there the first time that DMC decided to sponsor a semester this year. Students were given the choice of entering the DMC-sponsored Maker track. There, they were tasked with the challenge of coming up with a stitchable design. After being presented a number of awesome designs, we picked our two favorites and are so excited to bring them to you. Each stitchable provides a perfect canvas for our matte cotton thread, which is now available online by the skein. Check out this video to meet the two students behind these two thoughtful designs.

And thanks to our creative team, you'll be feeling merry with this holiday inspired pattern. Download the coaster project sheet here. Another successful collaboration with The Possible Project!
